Rice is high on the glycemic index. The more white rice consumed, the greater the risk. 

 White rice becomes a problem for people who already eat few whole grains and fresh vegetables and lots of processed starch and sugar. Frequently dining at restaurant buffets poses problems; access to large amounts of food can throw common sense out the window.

Eating just brown rice isn’t the perfect solution. NPR says brown rice has large amounts of arsenic, especially protein bars and organic baby formula made with brown rice syrup. It’s no problem unless people eat too much. It’s about moderation.

Bakit 3 lang? Kasi bitin siya eh. Hindi yung bitin na gusto mo mapanuod ung part 2. Kasi andun na siya sa climax ng story nung biglang natapos na pala ung movie! O.O

Pero maganda yung story niya, organize tsaka parang totoo talaga. Lalo na sa effects, ang galing nila kasi mapapaniwala ka talaga. :) Yung nga lang, parang docu lang siya. >.<

Lesson Learned: Iniiwasan talaga ng Church yung exorcism o kahit anong issues about sa devil. :)

HAHAHA! Okay, una palang ng story na-amaze na ako. At sobrang ganda ng pagkakagawa sa movie. O.O Naging speechless ako, habang yung ate ko sabi ng sabi na ang ganda =)))

Yung story niya pangbata lang naman di ba, pero ginawa nilang nakakatawa :)) Walang scene na hindi ka matatawa promise x)
